Ingredients
750ml
bottle mango and passion fruit smoothie
11g
sachet gelatine
4Tbsp.
half-fat crème fraîche
Directions
Step 1
Pour the smoothie into a pan and sprinkle over the gelatine. Heat gently for 3min until hot but not boiling, stirring continuously to dissolve the gelatine.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a large jug, then divide among four tumblers, each holding around 350ml (12fl oz). Cool for 15min, then chill for 31⁄2hr or until just set.
Step 3
Spoon 1tbsp crème fraîche on top of each jelly and serve.
