Ingredients
- 2 cups All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cauliflower
- cup water
- 1/2 cup drained and rinsed canned chickpeas
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. grated, peeled fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. plain lowfat yogurt
Directions
- Step 1Prepare All-You-Can-Eat Soup Diet Basic Recipe.
- Step 2In saucepan, combine cauliflower and water; cover and cook until cauliflower is tender (do not drain). Stir in Basic Soup, chickpeas, peas, curry powder, and ginger; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 4 minutes to blend flavors. Top with yogurt to serve.
