Make this barbecue-inspired recipe in record time — the faster we get these sweet, spicy pork sandwiches into our bellies, the better.

Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin, cut into 2" slices
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 3 cups slaw mix
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 4 brioche buns

Directions

    1. Step 1Add steamer insert to large saucepot filled with 2 inches water; cover and heat to boiling.
    2. Step 2Rub pork tenderloin with chili powder and 1⁄2 teaspoon salt; add to steamer. Reduce heat to maintain simmer; cook pork, covered, 20 minutes or until tender.
    3. Step 3Cool slightly; with hands, shred pork, then toss with barbecue sauce and spicy brown mustard.
    4. Step 4Toss slaw mix with cider vinegar and pinch salt. Serve on brioche buns, split and toasted, topped with slaw.
