Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp, tails removed
  • 1 tsp. ground chipotle chile
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. canola oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 cup refrigerated pico de gallo
  • 1 small green apple, finely chopped
  • 12 small tortillas
  • Green jalapeño hot sauce

Directions

    1. Step 1Toss shrimp with chipotle chile and salt. In a 12" nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until opaque, stirring occasionally.
    2. Step 2Whisk sour cream with milk. Combine pico de gallo with apple.
    3. Step 3Serve shrimp with tortillas, topped with apple mixture, sour cream mixture and hot sauce.
