Ingredients
- 1/4 cup full-fat coconut cream (from 1 can unshaken full-fat coconut milk)
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- Lime wedges, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Microwave coconut cream, brown sugar, curry powder, and salt for 30 seconds, or until just runny enough to whisk.
- Step 2Brush onto grilled drumsticks during last 5 minutes of cooking, and again before serving. Serve chicken with lime wedges.
