Pulse cranberries in a food processor for a texture and flavor unlike any other sauce. Orange marmalade mixed with the tangy fruit provides just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb.

    fresh or frozen (thawed) cranberries

  • 1/4 cup

    toasted pine nuts

  • 2 tsp.

    grated orange zest

  • 1/2 cup

    orange marmalade

Directions

    1. Step 1In food processor, pulse cranberries until coarsely chopped.
    2. Step 2Add pine nuts and orange zest and pulse once or twice more to combine.
    3. Step 3Transfer to small bowl and fold in marmalade.
