Chocolate and pumpkin transform ice cream sandwiches from a summertime sweet to a Halloween (trick or) treat!

Ingredients
- 2 pt.
pumpkin ice cream or gelato
- 4
chocolate graham crackers, quartered to form rectangles
- 4
oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Directions
- Step 1Let ice cream sit at room temperature 10 minutes. Line loaf pan with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
- Step 2Using plastic wrap, remove ice cream from pan and cut into pieces. Sandwich between graham crackers. Freeze until ready to serve.
- Step 3Microwave chocolate on 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Drizzle over sandwiches before serving.
