Drizzle this quick and easy creamy dressing over grilled meats and veggies for light curry flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1

    clove garlic

  • 1

    piece fresh ginger (1/2 inch), peeled and sliced

  • 2 Tbsp.

    fresh lime juice

  • 1 cup

    plain yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp.

    curry powder

  • 1/2 tsp.

    sugar

  • 1/4 tsp.

    ground turmeric

  • Kosher salt

Directions

    1. Step 1In blender, chop garlic and ginger with lime juice. Add yogurt, curry powder, sugar, turmeric, and 1/2 teaspoon salt and puree until smooth. Use as marinade immediately or let stand 30 minutes before using as dressing.
