Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped sauerkraut
  • tsp. pepper
  • Wonton-skin wrapper
  • sour cream
  • parsley

Directions

    1. Step 1In medium bowl, combine potatoes, sauerkraut, and pepper.
    2. Step 2Place scant tablespoon mixture in center of wonton-skin wrapper; dab edges of wrapper with water. Fold and pinch edges to enclose filling. Place under damp paper towels. Repeat with remaining filling.
    3. Step 3Cook in 6-quart saucepot of salted boiling water 3 minutes or until dough is cooked through. Drain well. Serve with sour cream and chopped parsley.
